At msegrip, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and professional gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your msegrip account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Electronics

  Carefully place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely seal the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
